Aluminium Veneer Panel
Aluminium veneer refers to a building decoration material that is processed by chromizing and other treatments, and then processed by fluorocarbon spraying technology. Fluorocarbon coatings mainly refer to polyvinylidene fluoride resins, which are divided into three types: primers, topcoats, and varnishes. The structure of aluminium veneer is mainly composed of panels, ribs and corner codes. The largest workpiece size for forming can reach 8000mm×1800mm. Features of Aluminium veneer panels: 1. Light weight, good rigidity, high strength 3.0mm thick aluminium plate weighs 8kg per square plate, tensile strength 100-280n/mm2 2. Good durability and corrosion resistance. The pvdf fluorocarbon paint with kynar-500 and hylur500 as the base material can be used for 25 years without fading. 3. Good craftsmanship. Using the process of painting after processing, the aluminium plate can be processed into various complex geometric shapes such as plane, arc and spherical surfaces.

Product Description

The aluminium veneer panel generally adopts a 2-4mm thick AA1100 pure aluminium plate or AA3003 and other high-quality aluminium alloy plates. Domestically, 2.5mm thick AA3003 aluminium alloy plates are generally used; aluminium-plastic composite panels generally adopt a 3-4mm three-layer structure, including upper and lower two. 0.5mm between PVC or PE. We can see from the materials that the cost of aluminium-plastic composite panels must be much lower than that of aluminium veneers.
There are two kinds of aluminium veneers in the world: fluorocarbon spraying aluminium veneer and roller coating. There is no roller coating production line in China, so the processing process of veneer here is mainly about fluorocarbon spraying production. The production of aluminium veneer by spraying is divided into two steps: The first step is sheet metal processing. This process is mainly to process the aluminium veneer into the shape and size required for construction by cutting, folding, bending, welding, grinding, and other processes on the plate. The second step is to spray. Spraying is to spray paint on the processed sheet metal. There are two types of spraying, one is manual spraying and the other is machine spraying.
